Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@jbx-unlimited.com.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Marketplace Products Some items in our store are fulfilled by independent sellers. Returns for these products are subject to the individual seller's return policy.

Non-returnable items Final sale items and personalized products cannot be returned.
